1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to our Cash on Delivery (COD) model, returns are accepted under limited conditions. A return request will only be accepted if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
We do not accept returns based on change of mind, design preferences, or minor color differences due to screen display variations.
2. Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- Our team will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags and accessories included.
- Pickup will be scheduled within 5–7 business days from approval.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed in the following cases:
- If the returned item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If the order was prepaid due to any exceptional arrangement (we use COD).
In eligible cases:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
We do not offer cash refunds at the time of return pickup.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order separately.
